Much of the newer housing in this area is built under the City of Surrey's neighbourhood concept plans (NCPs), such as the Morgan Heights and Sunnyside Heights plans. An NCP sets out what each lot is meant for — density, lanes and roads, servicing and design guidelines. We review the plan for your lot with you before design begins, so the home you design is a home the City will approve.

Morgan Creek's established streets are a different kind of job: mostly renovations, additions and the occasional rebuild on a larger lot. We do those too.

Building permits go through the City of Surrey. We prepare the applications and book the inspections.
