Langley is two municipalities — the City of Langley and the Township of Langley — and each has its own zoning, permits and inspectors. We work in both, from Willoughby, Walnut Grove and Murrayville to Brookswood, Fort Langley and Aldergrove.

The Township's larger lots and acreages suit custom homes, and many properties have subdivision potential. Parts of the Township are also in the Agricultural Land Reserve, where subdivision and non-farm use are controlled by the Agricultural Land Commission — one of the first things we check before you spend money on plans.

Langley borders Surrey, so it's a short drive from our base, and we handle the permit applications and inspections with whichever municipality your property is in.
