The difference between a house and a custom home is in the details nobody notices until they're done badly.

Custom feature ceilings — curved drywall, recessed domes and rings, trays and coffers — framed, boarded and finished by hand.
LED lighting details — hidden cove lighting, step lighting and carefully laid-out pot lights, planned before the drywall goes up.
Staircases — curved stairs with stained treads, shaped handrails and lit steps.
Clean mechanical details — linear air diffusers and fixtures placed so they line up with the ceiling design.
