Design & written estimate
Plans are finalized and every phase is priced in an itemized written estimate, so you know exactly what you're building and what it costs.
Permits & warranty enrolment
We submit the building permit application, answer the City's questions, and enrol the home in 2-5-10 home warranty coverage.
Construction
Foundation, framing, envelope, systems and finishes — with inspections at each stage and regular updates to you throughout.
Final walkthrough & handover
We walk the finished home with you room by room, complete any final items, and hand over the keys and your warranty documents.

Every custom home we build includes BC 2-5-10 home warranty coverage.
Defects in materials and labour, including the delivery and distribution systems — electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation.
Defects in the building envelope — roof, walls, windows and doors — including water penetration.
Structural defects in the foundation, framing and load-bearing parts of your home.
Coverage terms are set by the home warranty insurance policy issued for your home under BC's Homeowner Protection Act.
