Who We Are

Surrey roots, expert results.

Everson Construction Ltd. is a family-founded construction company rooted in the Surrey, BC community.

Since our founding, we've built our reputation one project at a time — through honest communication, skilled workmanship, and a commitment to doing things right.

We specialize in custom new home construction, home renovations and lot subdivision throughout Surrey and the Greater Vancouver area, and our team brings over 25 years of experience to every job — whether we're building a new home from the ground up or transforming an existing property.

We're licensed and insured in British Columbia, and every new home we build is covered by BC's 2-5-10 home warranty — because we stand behind everything we build.
